Nature Walk: Spring is Here! Finally!

April 19, 2021 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am

Free

Join Lisa Durrell for a low-key walk with a little natural history. See what changes spring is bringing as you amble and get a close up look at how the beavers have been celebrating!

The group will walk Barnes Leap Trail to Cathance River Trail where you’ll have nice views of the river.  Return will be via the Highland Trail. Terrain will be intermittently flat and sloping.

This is the first in a series of Monday morning walks led by Lisa. Join her and watch spring come, in community with others.

Lisa Durrell is an active CREA volunteer having served on the Board and the Programs Committee.  Prior to moving to Maine she was a field teacher for Massachusetts Audubon and a career math-science teacher.  She loves sharing her passion for natural history with others.

Max: 9 participants. Masks required. Free, but registration required – no drop-ins please, to keep the group small.
