Our Mission Statement: To deepen ecological awareness through nature-based learning among students, educators, and the public; to promote environmental stewardship; and to foster wise use of the Cathance River Nature Preserve.

We help school districts and teachers develop and teach science content in hands-on, engaging ways. We offer community programs that connect families and adults with the natural world – through guided walks, at-home, nature-based activities, educational speakers, and more. We immerse youngsters in nature at our summer day camp and provide leadership opportunities for older campers.  We connect people with nature – to nurture their spirits and inspire a sustainable future.

If you hope for a sustainable future, join us in this work as a financial supporter or a volunteer!
