2023 Camp forms can only be submitted once an online registration has been completed and paid in full.

  • Interested CIT’s must submit forms 1 and 3, after completing the online registration.
  • The Medication Log is only required for campers that have a prescription for medication that they will be brining to camp.
  • In accordance with the Maine DHHS camp licensing, a copy of each campers current immunization records must be submitted along with the required camp forms to attend camp.
