Young naturalists ages 13 - 17 can apply for our Counselor-in-Training leadership development program. Each CIT session is a two-week commitment. CIT's will have dedicated training sessions daily with the camp Site Leader focused on leadership team building, activity preparation, and small group discussions and reflection. CIT's will also be immersed in camper groups daily, working directly with our team of counselors to build their leadership skills and confidence, while enjoying all of the camp day fun!
“Going to CREA Camp was the highlight of my year, and made me the happiest I've been in a long time. The combination of staying in nature, being around kids, and leading with the CIT's and counselors made me my best self, and leaves me grateful for this experience. And it's certainly not over, I'll be coming back every summer I can throughout high school and college.” – CIT
